I built a CV Glide module and added some banana multiples to fill out the panel space.  I made the panel using 1.5mm anodized aluminum with the print graphics feature from FrontPanelExpress.

I hand wired a simple glide circuit. and multiples.

The minimum glide time is 250 µS and the longest glide time is 1 second.
