I built a pair of CGS-504 PCBs into a dual Preamp and Envelope Follower using a printed FrontPanelExpress panel. This is a narrow format Synton panel to fit the available rack space.

The CGS-504 PCB did not have provisions for a gate output so I added a dual comparator and LED driver. The trimmers allow the envelope level to be set for the gate function. I used 12 mm potentiometers to fit the available panel space.
