I built a 5U format E560 Deflector Shield module.  The DIY PCB comes with the potentiometers and switch installed so I removed them to fit this panel design which is based on my E580 panel design.  It is the same base PCB as the E580 Sampling Mini-Delay so I used the same construction methodology except for using the the top two potentiometer pads for mounting holes.
